Flexible hook base and rigid plastic hooks for securing items to the YakAttack BlackPak Pro. Bases themselves can be used to keep things from sliding around. Combine with hooks on a bungee for more secure transport. Also includes a line adjuster that allows you to shorten the bungee to the necessary length.
Sold as a pair of bases with 2 hooks, bungees and slack adjusters.
