Please Note: If you install risers taller than 2.25", you will most likely need to modify the straps that hold down the seat. Please see the video on this page for more information.
Made for the Old Town Sportsman (paddle), Minn Kota and AutoPilot models, this system lets you easily find the right riser height for your comfort. The combination of the seat riser, with built in ~3/4" rise and plastic spacers makes it super easy to change heights.
Each set of risers comes with adhesive "velcro" loop to be used as a cushion between the risers and the kayak. Once you are happy with the height of the risers, you can apply to the bottom of the risers/spacers.
Please watch the included video that goes over this system. We are currently limited at 3.25" height due to hardware availability but you can use non-stainless hardware as shown in the video to go higher than 3.25". Due to lack of interest, the option of wood spacers has been discontinued.
Hardware that comes with each system will only work for the system height ordered. However, these use very common #10-24 stainless hardware so it is very easy to pick up different length screws at the hardware store. If you would like an assortment of hardware with your order, please contact us.
If you would like additional hardware to try out different seat heights, we have added extra screw sets. These are completely optional as the risers/spacers come with the necessary hardware for the height chosen.

- 1.75" System - Pair of risers, two spacers and hardware to set up at a 1.75" height.

- 2.75" System - Pair of risers, eight spacers and hardware to set up at a 2.75" height.
- 3.25" System - Pair of risers, eight spacers and hardware to set up at a 3.25" height.
- 1/2" Spacers Only - One pair of spacers only. No other hardware or risers included.
- 1" Spacers Only - One pair of spacers only. No other hardware or risers included.
- Extra 1.25" Screw Set - Includes 4 stainless machine screws only to setup at 1.25" height.
- Extra 1.75" Screw Set - Includes 4 stainless machine screws only to setup at 1.75" height.
- Extra 2.25" Screw Set - Includes 4 stainless machine screws only to setup at 2.25" height.
- Extra 2.75" Screw Set - Includes 4 stainless machine screws only to setup at 2.75" height.
- Extra 3.25" Screw Set - Includes 4 stainless machine screws only to setup at 3.25" height.
This version has a hole that can use bungee cord, cordage, zipties or other securement options (not included) to secure the risers to the seat if you desire.

I went with the 2.25 rear riser (paired with the 1.5 " front) and found this height to be perfect. The risers make it easier to stand, are more comfortable and it did not impact kayak stability at all. Easy to install and I slipped a zip tie through the hole and attached to the seat just so they don't accidentally fall off during transport/storage.

As someone who has been in engineering for 40 years and have had many parts 3d printed I was not shocked at the simplicity of the parts! I will say it would have been difficult for me to have went to a company and had these printed myself! Nice price!

These are well thought out and solidly made! I went with rhe maximum available height increase without sourcing my own hardware - 2” in the front and 3.25” in the rear. As mentioned in the install video, this meant the seat strap was too short. This was easily remedied by cutting a long strap from an okd set of cam tiedowns i had laying around. The increased sear height makes getting into and out of the seat much easier for my old knees!
Thanks Michael! Great tip on extending the strap. You can also remove the stitching in the OEM straps to allow them to go a little longer.

Great design. I especially like the right side being shaded and still allowing access to my controls. It slides on easy but never makes feel like I need to worry about it falling off. (Stored during transport). And he’s got a great logo on top. I would recommend this to anyone regardless of the brand of mapping/fish finder you use.

Brad killed it again with another sunshade for my new Garmin 93SV. His attention to detail is second to none and appreciated. These mounts are awesome! I looked at some of the mounts from other companies before buying, these are better designed and cheaper than the other options I looked at. Installation was super easy, and they angle the Anchor Wizard into the "sweet spot", far enough from the seat to work the crank easy, but still out of the way of my paddle stroke. Great job with this design!
I purchased the 1 1/2" foot risers to use on a short stack. They fit perfectly, and the extra height allowed me to attach two rod holders to the stack at a 30 degree angle. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
A simple upgrade that makes a big difference. These Braget Designs lflex tool holders turn unused space inside the YakAttack BlackPak Pro lid into organized storage for frequently used tools like fish grips, line cutters, and bug spray, and sun block.

The trays are easy to put together. The under seat tackle tray holders look great and are super functional! I think it may be my favorite accessory that I have added to my Old Town Sportsman PDL Pro 120!
